My passion is wildflower photography. I am on a quest to photograph all of Michigan's native vascular plants at different stages of development as part of a virtual electronic herbarium. We are losing species worldwide at an alarming rate - faster than any time in Earth's geologic history - and I want to document as many as possible in their natural habitats. As you search for wildflowers, please follow "leave-no-trace" principles: take only photos and leave only footprints. Be careful not to transport any non-native species, and pack out your trash.
