I love watching wildlife go about their day-to-day lives, and wildlife photography is a way to "capture the moment". I rarely set up blinds, because I am generally always on the move. During the summer I contract my services to land trusts and local governments as an ecological consultant, often performing natural features surveys, so my goal is to cover as much ground and see as much as possible. We are losing species worldwide at an alarming rate - faster than any time in Earth's geologic history - and I wan to document as many species and habitats as I can. As you view wildlife, please follow "leave-no-trace" principles: take only photos and leave only footprints. Be careful not to bring any non-native species, and pack out your trash.
